Morbid Curiousities Expo!

HearseCon with Morbid Curiosities will be Saturday June 12th, 11-5pm!

About us: Morbid Curiosities will be happening again in 2027 at HearseCon. Spaces will be a mixture of indoor and outdoor areas, please order accordingly below.

Location - Stampede, 2430 S. Havana St, Aurora Colorado (load in time starts 8:00 AM) please be aware that you will need to be vacated by 6pm this year, we are starting an hour earlier so we can be out of the venue promptly at 6pm.

Load in information - You can bring your cars to the doors/gate (for indoor load ins) and there is an elevator available for upstairs booths. If you are outside you can park near your booth to unload but you MUST MOVE YOUR CAR AFTER LOAD IN/LOAD OUT. No cars are allowed on the showfield after loading/once the event starts (Except for hearses and ambulances that are part of the event)

SHOULD I GET INDOOR OR OUTDOORS? Great question! Indoor spaces are more comfortable since the area is air conditioned, so if you want to be more comfortable or have items that need to be out of sun or potential wind, that's the ticket for you. Outdoor spaces are higher traffic but you should bring a canopy (Allowed for all spaces regardless of what size you choose)

What is the refund/cancellation policy? Canceling your space, not showing up, etc is not refundable.

I apologize, we used to be very, very liberal about this and roll vendor fees over to the next event but in recent years it's resulted in an attitude among vendors that it's ok to cancel last minute because they'll just catch us on the next one. This leaves us with a big open space on our maps that we don't have time to fill, open spaces between vendors on the floor that look bad and missed revenue because we didn't sell that space to someone else who showed up and now have to forward it to our next event.

Still Available INDOOR SPACE 6X6 Space upstairs	$60 - Single inline 6X6 space - you will need to bring your own table and chairs. Be aware that this is an upstairs space and that you will need to move your booth up a flight of stairs. We recommend you bring battery powered lights in case you are in an area that does not have as much light.
Still Available INDOOR SPACE 12X12 Space upstairs	$120 - Single 12X12 indoor space on the upper floor, you will need to bring your own table and chairs. Be aware that this is an upstairs space and that you will need to move your booth up a flight of stairs. We recommend you bring battery powered lights in case you are in an area that does not have as much light.
Still Available INDOOR SPACE 6X6 Space downstairs	$90 - 6X6 space - Same as above but it will be on the main level of the indoor area. You will need to bring your own table and chairs. We recommend you bring battery powered lights in case you are in an area that does not have as much light.
Still Available INDOOR SPACE 12X12 Space Main Floor	$190 - 12X12' area setup, you will need to bring your own table and chairs. This can be configured any way you like, the space for it is 12' wide by 12' deep so you can make it a walk in if you like. You must bring your own table and chairs. We recommend you bring battery powered lights in case you are in an area that does not have as much light.
Still Available INDOOR SPACE 12 X 12 Space High visibility or corner setup	$220 - 12X12' area setup, you will need to bring your own table and chairs. Configure any way you like, this area is in a high traffic/high visibility area for increased sales. We recommend you bring battery powered lights in case you are in an area that does not have as much light.

Food Truck Space	$250 - Reserved for pre-approved food trucks, contact us ahead of time as we limit our vendors for this.
Still Available AUTHORS SPACE Indoors	$75 These spaces are specifically for those who are selling their own writings, comics, books, etc. The space is 6X6 and is located in the upper balcony of the event floor, you will need to bring your own table and chairs
Still Available AUTHORS SPACE Outdoors	$50 These spaces are specifically for those who are selling their own writings, comics, books, etc. The space is 6X6 and located outside, you will need to bring your own table and chairs

Other Details - Please, no taxidermied bats. Long story short, we work with bat preservation groups and the claims of bats being sourced ethically has been proven false so we are not comfortable having them at this event. All other taxidermy, bone sculptures etc are still fine, just no bats please.

You will be required to bring your own tables and chairs, if you do not have these please let us know ahead of time.
